Key responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and performance evaluation.
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Foster a performance-driven and inclusive culture.
Coordinate training programs and leadership development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
5+ years in HR management in a structured organization.
Certification from CIPM or SHRM is an added advantage.
