Key responsibilities
Manage the company’s budgeting, financial forecasting, and investment reporting.
Oversee audits, financial compliance, tax planning, and investor relations.
Drive capital allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
Liaise with external auditors, VCs, and institutional funders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA/ACCA/ICAN is a plus).
Minimum of 7–10 years in finance leadership roles.
Experience with infrastructure finance or media project modeling preferred.
